Evdeki şahıslar 112 Sağlık ekipleri tarafından Sinop Atatürk Devlet Hastanesine kaldırılırken olay yerine gelen polis, itfaiye ve YEDAŞ ekipleri olayın doğalgaz şebekesinden olabileceğini düşünerek, doğalgaz acil ekibini olay yerine çağırdı ve ekiplerce müdahale edilerek doğalgaz vanası kapatıldı.
